Hi, I'm Eleanor
Before IFS my inner world often felt like chaos...
I would feel five different emotions at once and try to make sense of them through one voice.
When I discovered that I didn’t have just one mind, but a whole community within me, everything shifted. I stopped trying to force a singular truth. I began listening to my parts. I learned to support them and communicate for them.
I began to build trust within and lead my life from a calm, courageous, compassionate place inside me... a place that was never broken and never lost. It felt like breathing for the first time in a long time.
Before, it felt like I was being taken over by automatic patterns that I had to manage or control.
Now, those patterns either soften or no longer run the show. When they do arise, I meet them with curiosity and compassion rather than force.
This work supported myself and other to:
-
Understand ones' inner system with care, not control
-
Uncover the deeper “why” beneath repeating patterns
-
Develop self-leadership from a grounded inner center
-
Learn HOW to respond, not react, in life and relationships

This work grew from lived experience & theory.
My path into this work didn’t come from one modality or tradition.
It grew from a lifelong curiosity about the inner and outer "whys" of life, years of studying psychology, consciousness, and human behavior, and a deep relationship with the body through hands-on healing, movement, and medical training. It also grew from necessity.
After years of chronic stress and unprocessed trauma, my system began to break down. When external fixes stopped working, I turned inward through meditation, self-hypnosis, and subconscious work. That shift changed not only my health, but how I related to myself.
From there, I deepened into hypnotherapy, energy leadership, altered states, breatwork, and eventually Internal Family Systems — the framework that helped everything finally make sense. I discovered that lasting change happens when we stop forcing singular answers and begin listening to the many parts within us with clarity and compassion.
Today, this work blends psychology, somatic awareness, intuitive development, and IFS to support both individuals and couples in re-harmonizing their systems and building the skills to navigate their inner worlds with trust and self-leadership.

This approach has deeply transformed my relationship with my partner in life and business, Dylan.
By integrating Internal Family Systems and Nonviolent Communication into our own dynamic, we learned to recognize what was happening inside ourselves and each other with more clarity and care — moving through tension with greater ease, honesty, and emotional safety.
I’m the founder and primary guide behind Dive Intuit, and I work one-on-one with individuals across all offerings. In couples work, Dylan joins me as a co-facilitator and practitioner, bringing his background in life coaching, IFS, recovery work, men’s work, and relational attunement into the space.
Together, we offer couples sessions for partners who want to:
-
Deepen connection & emotional safety
-
Repair trust & move through conflict with compassion
-
Understand themselves & each other with greater clarity & care

"I had never done hypnotherapy before working with Eleanor, so naturally I was unsure what my experience would be. After working with Eleanor, I was astounded at how relaxing, simple but POWERFUL her hypnotherapy sessions were. I healed life-long wounds in a matter of minutes! Eleanor is such an amazing coach and hypnotherapist, I HIGHLY recommend her!"
