A 6-module, at-your-own-pace course for meeting your inner world with clarity and compassion. Have you ever felt like different parts of you are pulling in different directions? Like one part wants change and another is terrified of it? Or like you keep reacting in ways you don’t fully understand? This course is designed to help you make sense of all of that—and begin building a more compassionate, supportive relationship with your internal world. Parts Work 101 introduces the foundational tools of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a deeply respectful, non-pathologizing approach to healing that recognizes we all have different "parts" inside of us—each with their own thoughts, feelings, and stories. You’ll learn how to identify, connect with, and care for these parts, especially the ones that protect you. This self-paced course includes: - 6 video modules (ranging from 10 to 60 minutes) - Downloadable educational visuals to support your learning - Simple tools and practices you can return to again and again Whether you're completely new to IFS or looking to strengthen your foundation, this course offers a grounded, accessible entry point into this powerful work. What You’ll Walk Away With: -A clear understanding of your internal system and how it works -Practical tools to navigate overwhelm, resistance, and reactivity -A gentle way to begin reharmonizing your system -A felt sense of compassion and curiosity toward your parts -The confidence to keep exploring this work on your own or with a guide This is a beginner-friendly course, focused primarily on working with Protector parts. We touch on what to do if you encounter an Exile, but the emphasis is on building inner safety, trust, and access to Self.
